As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the kitchen leadership team to maintain quality, consistency, and rhythm in service. This role calls for someone who can lead with calm, precision, and respect for both craft and team culture.
Key responsibilities
Support day-to-day kitchen operations
Maintain consistency and presentation
Assist with prep, service, and coordination
Help guide junior team members
Uphold cleanliness and kitchen standards

Previous kitchen experience in a similar role
Strong sense of organization
