Key responsibilities
Assist with preparation of ingredients and mise en place
Support service by executing dishes with consistency and care
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
Follow kitchen standards and guidelines
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth service flow
Support opening and closing tasks
What we’re looking for
Previous kitchen experience (preferred but not required)
Willingness to learn and develop skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Team mindset and reliability
Interest in Filipino cuisine or openness to learn
