About the role

As part of the Bar & Service team, you will play a key role in shaping how guests experience MANA. From the first welcome to the final interaction, your presence, awareness, and attention to detail will define the atmosphere of the space.
Key responsibilities
Welcome and guide guests through the MANA experience
Take orders and deliver food and drinks with care and precision
Support bar service, including preparation of beverages and cocktails
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented dining area
Communicate clearly with the kitchen and team during service
Anticipate guest needs and respond attentively
What we’re looking for
Experience in service or bar (preferred but not required)
A warm, confident, and attentive presence
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented mindset
Interest in food, drinks, and hospitality
